although your salary in shanghai is not that high but you still work as manager. So you won't have same kind of satisfaction at least in the first 5 yrs you moved here cos it's almost impossible for new immgrant to find a management position.
I have around 10 ex-collegues move from shanghai to toronto, 2 guy have management position already went back shanghai and I personally think that is a wise move.
