I don't want to stay in Canada for the rest of my life, and i hope to go back to China after several years. but the biggest concern is the child' education. otherwise i will not have any hestitation.

No. If you let Canadian government know that you want "non-residence" status, you are allowed not to pay tax for your income outside Canada.

But your income within Canada, such as interest on your bank deposit in Canada, will still be subjected to Canadian income tax.
Do I contact Revenue Canada to apply for that "Non-resident" status? Also, I thought one is supposed to close all bank accounts if s/he wants to be a non-resident. Is that not true?
