After you get 5-6 years management experience, you could find a very decent manager position in big companies. If you stick in big companies now, after 5-6 years, u probably will only get a senior developer position.

If you think you like to deal with people, have meeting everyday, u will probably want to be a manager. If u like to deal with technology chanllenges, go technical track. In this IT field, a manager doesn't necessarily make more money than an architect, but has more pressure. Think about it carefully before you make any decision.

Teamleader title sounds good, but usually you will end up with taking care all the work by yourself, especially in a small company. Unless you really have reason to believe that the small company has bright future, I will stay with big company.

选择公司，不能光看大小，还得要考虑自己的真正的兴趣和特长，经济上的收益，公司的文化，公司的现状、前景和在行业中的位置等等。另外去大公司做系统管理员，也许一开始职位不太满意，但大公司内部机会多，只要进去了，就有可能慢慢移到自己满意的位置。小公司马上让你做领导，可过两天就关张了，又得从头来。另外在拿到书面的正式offer之前，每个机会都要当着是唯一的机会。
