枫下沙龙 / 游山玩水 / I am preparing for a trip to New Brunswick / Nova Scotia. The initial plan is to fly to Saint John, rent a car and drive around. Anyone can share an optimal route / schedule / must-sees?

My point of intest includes tide watching, whale spotting, coast landscape, Scotish & Acadia tradition, a little swim in the sea, and of course, the lobster dinner...

Ideally my wife and I are looking for another couple, so we can share a car. I have two friend couples who expressed intest but have not confirmed. But even if we can't fit into one car, we can at least compare preparation notes, or even start together. I am looking at the last week of Aug. How about you?
I think it is colder there in August.
