If your husband is not getting his tax, EI, CPP deducted for every pay, probably his boss has not gone through the paperwork. That means the gov't will have no record of your husband's work.

I am not sure what you mean 工作记录, however, if the employer doesn't buy EI for your husband and if in the worst case, he loses the job, he won't get insurance.
