The book updates every year, so right now it is really hard to find one. But you can try to place an order to Indigo. That's what I did last time. If you book, I suggest you book more because many people need it.

i have one. But Knock'em Dead is mainly about resume writing, not interview. Or there's another Knock'em Dead about interview?

which edition / version do you have? i was told that Knock'em Head comprises three books, that is: Cover Letter, Resume and Interview. by the way, where did you pruchase it?

I think only one Knock'em Dead, mainly about resume writing, the 8th chapter is related to "cover letter", and the 9th chapter is involved in "interview".
