In smtp server field (for out going), just put in "mail" (without quote), if you use their DNS. At least that's the case for me, but I usually don't use their smtp server.

First, log in their DNS, then go to dos prompt, ping "mail", you'll get the ip address of smtp, now you can choose either "mail" or ip address as ur smtp server.
