    Is rolia.com user-friendly?

To promote the word "user-friendly" among our friends, I decide take rolia.com as an example. I don't think rolia.com's present user interface is user-friendly. To come to IT section, I have to click my mouse several times. I still miss the old interface. ----I don't like the pop-up window created by Sailor. I don't think Sailor will be offended by my remarks...

The word "user-friendly" was created by the computer people. Originally, it was used to indicate some softwares are easy to handle. Now, it has become a common English word. That it is a common word does not suggest that all the Chinese people can use this word skillfully. In everyday life, I do hear some Chinese English-speakers use this word.
If you happen to know this word, please forgive the trivialities in my postings.
    • I don't understand this note.
    • I only use this term when talking with my IT friends and not in daily life. Any exampl for that except IT environment?
      • I think if buttons and switches of an appliance is easy to be understood and handled, we can say the appliance is user-friendly.
    • user-friendly? ^_^,better go to this site to have a look http://www.userfriendly.org target=_blank>

    • I put IT section in my “收藏夹(what is it in English?)”, so I click only once.
      • 收藏夹= favorite
      • What you meant is you bookmarked the URL for this site
    • don't think so. u should create a shortcut as http://www.rolia.com/forum/forum_list.php?_bno=50 to enter IT board directly, just as what I did
      • Please don't take my remarks seriously. I just wanted to take this site as an example to practice the word "user-friendly".
        • I think user-friendly is not used IT area only, it can cover all applications that are easy to use. Also, we can extend this structure to other occasion, like environment-friendly etc.
