rogers@home, no static ip. the best way to do it is to get some free 3rd level domain name or paid 2nd level domain name, then use some dynamic dns service to host ur domain name. check www.dyndns.org

One such DNS system is dhs.org which I used for my server (I registered 5 of them). @home's IP is relatively static compares to ADSL.
