I mean Ms postoffice. A very old version email system from MS, you can go to ms web site to have a look. you can install it on a member server.

hi, Yellow. I think you could apply some restriction on the MTA or BridgeHead server, also it depends on you Exchange network architecture.

you could configure it in MTA services or some other related Filters at least, just block those outgoing mail which suffix is not your-firm.com. also, it depends how would your Exchange server find out the mail route, is it leveraging DNS or MTA?
do you mean that I need go into individual mailbox to do that or just some common configuratio. 'cuz what I need is just some limitation for some specific users, not for all. Thank you very much!
