    我选择了3web的付费计划，好象现在还在last call，分明是在骗人。我想请教各位大侠，它没有给我密码，我可以随意更改登陆ID,它是怎么区分谁付了钱，谁又没付的。今天，拨号也拨不出去，打它登出来的900的电话，始终没人接，真是沮丧。另外，请问懂法律的朋友，它这样登的广告是否属于欺诈行为？谢谢

      1) Download 3web3.92 version software

      2) 你的Modem要设置一下extra string, send email to help@3web.net, ask for help.

      3) 打1-900-xxx-xxxx 电话一定要注意！可能是高付费的. 美国使馆的1-900 的Visa appointment电话 2ca$/min.
