    My deepest gratitute for your participation! Here’s the schedule of the focus group discussion on the coming Saturday (July, 28).

    Time: As most of the participants are driving here, I’ll be collecting them at the parking lot. My assistant Wang, Baoling will be waiting for you at the bus stop 60C from 9:50am. Look for a girl with short hair and a blue backpack. I suppose we'll meet at the meeting room at about 10:15pm. Please be punctual.

    Meeting Room: N(orth) 401, Ross building.

    About the Meeting: I suppose the discussion start at 10:15am. It'll be a relaxing chat. My assistant will be helping me taking note. Her name is Wang, Baoling. The whole discussion will also be recorded, as the rigid procedure required for this type of research. But the tapes will be kept in strictly confidential.

    Gift: I’ll be preparing something for your time! Probably a box of Tsingtao beer, a wine or a box of chocolate for each one of you.

    After the meeting: I could tour you around after the discussion ends at about 12:00pm. If you want sports, I can book one or two outdoor tennis courts for you. But I do need your confirmation if you’re willing to exercise yourself!

    Please reply me: Please reply this message and confirm your coming! Also please let me know if you’re interested in sport after the discussion so I can book the court in advance. I’ll entertain you a lunch at my place as well.
