In passing, I note that 兰州拉面 might be translated into hand-tossed Chinese noodles. I am not sure whether this translation is officially correct, but I believe it can convey the meaning of the Chinese words, 兰州拉面.

We have a friend nicknamed chef(兰州拉面) in this forum. Maybe he/she can tell us what is the official translation.
    • Or we just tell them this is Lanzhou Lamian. Sometimes they also need to import some new words from China, like Kong Fu. BTW, do you people have chance to eat 兰州拉面 in North America?
