1万多元也不是一个小数目，靠网友自己解决是没有希望了，当然还有其它的来源。如果就是没有钱，缴不上这比手术费，结果是什么？破产？如果破产又能怎么样呢？是不是就可以真的不用缴了，救济可以照拿？
1万多元如果用在生活费上，至少可以过一年多，为啥要给政府呢？虽然这个招损点，可总不能饿着肚子学雷锋吧？再者说我们移民给加拿大的贡献是在是太多了，得到得太少了，1万多恐怕只是我们奉献给政府的一点皮毛吧，等我们享受的时候可能政策就变了，要是现在有人能享受一下，那就先用吧。
