    Total----

I think all the poeple visiting this site know this word. As we group our expenses, we also use the word subtotal and grand total.

Well, this word has special meanings as it is used to talk about cars.
If we say somebody's car has been totaled, it means that his car is no longer drivable and can only be sent to the junk yard.

I have ever bought a Ford Tempo. I spent a lot of money to fix it. Finally, I decided to total it and send it to the junk yard. The junk yard is the place in which people dismantle used cars.
