    Hi,

    I left Ca about five monthes ago and need to stay in Beijing for another six monthes. How could I remain my LP. I can return Ca for a short staying like one week or 10 days. Some one told me I can return Ca before the deadline and leave again via US (or may be directly from Ca).
    do u have any suggestion? Thanks a lot. Have a good stay everybody

    • 通过US回去是没有意义的, 因为你入境时中国海关会盖章,出加拿大境时盖不盖章的就无影响了. 当你下一次回来的时候, 可能会有风险, 因为累计起来超过183天在境外,但是你一定要强调你以加为自己的最终居住地,移民官没有权力作废你的移民纸. -zjoy(Joy); 2001-7-31 (#151450@0)
