To be security clearable in Canada you need to have been born in a country membre of NATO. Forget this chance, stupid your agent.

Are you sure? I just did fingerprints with my agent a few days ago in Ottawa. Nothing but fingerprint. Go inside for the message from my headhunter in Ottawa

Yeap, If your agent really want to help you, they can do the security clearance for you free of charge. All you need to do is filling out some forms and sample your fingerprints.
