你准备带缝纫机啊！You can find cheap fabrics here at large fabric chain stores. and the window sizes for different apartments and rooms are never the same. IMHO, hand-sewing is too time consuming(which means money too).

take a look at yellow page,it should be under 'fabric' category. I do know there are one such store at Bay Center(yonge and bloor) and another at dufferin mall in toronto.
price can be varied a lot all depending on your requirement.
