          1 winter is harsh, but indoor life is easy going--- heating in any apartments and house and public building make u feel nice

          2 yes, lots of esl classes r provided by adult school or new immi help center, fee free, as long as u r immi

          3 rent in recent yr is hot, it depends on ur budget, typically 800$ for 1 bdrm per month

      Ottawa is good for somebody but not heaven to everybody. You may get something you need but lost more. That is the crucial fact.
