You hit the point. The business consideration is really important when you are selling solutions to customers. The customer thinks it is valuable since the solution can bring them the improvement of business but not the detail of technique itsself.

Nice to know you too. So, you are working in SAP? I think SAP CRM is advantageous on integrating with back end system, especially with R/3 system. But it is real chanlleging that there is little case of SAP CRM in China
