Excel doesn't work. I want a server side assistant, so it could draw a graph and display it in the web page according to user's selection.

If you are good at programme, use SAS;

If you'd like to produce the dymatic pic, you can use mrtg, it can be used to collect the data and directly map to pic. you can use this one to monitor the network bandwidth
