            By law, there's really no restriction on how soon you can go out of Canada after your landing. But you should keep in mind that if you stay more than 6 months in a year outside Canada, you may fail to enter again.

            btw, how long will you stay in China after your landing?

              • Think more. my friend! You will be catched by 3rd country's visa unless all the place you go to do not need visa stamp. For example, you would have CHINA's stamp, right? anybody will know when did you exit and enter the CHINA. -geleipaul(paul); 2000-6-11 (#1571@0)
              • The computer network is so advanced that the CIC don't have to check your passport by itself. I think the data in the airlines' database will be shared with CIC. Still you're legal to leave Canada soon after your landing. -sailor(Sailor); 2000-6-11 (#1577@0)
