I got an email from XiaoBao that we may play soccer on Sunday. Do you guys have other ideas about this weekend? If we can have a one day or two days' trip? I believe at least we can enjoy a dinner together with all the Rolia friends in Vancouver, 'FB', right?
If anybody has suggestion about the weekend, would be appreciate.
Some one who lives here for longer time such as XiaoPig, any tips? If you want to join?

近的地方推荐BURNABY MOUTAIN PARK(可野餐, 在草地上玩,来去方便,不用受塞车之苦), 远的地方推荐Cultus Lake Provincial Park (从BURNABY走55MIN,可以游泳,在沙滩上玩,野餐,路上说不定可以采樱桃). 两处景色都不错. -zjoy(Joy); 2001-8-3 (#154715@0)

我看这次呢,就马马虎虎算了.在这BBS上是谈不出结果的.不如这次踢球的时候,大家能来的都来(包括领导们),男的踢球增进友谊,女的也可以聊聊天,或者玩点别的什么的,关键是人和人要开始熟悉起来,不然就是出去玩也是自顾自的,出去转一圈还是不知道谁是谁,以后街上碰上了打招呼还是嘴上说"你好",肚子里想"这是谁来着?".
踢完了球,聊完了天,相互该有一定的了解,然后可以一起讨论讨论. xiaopig,joy, dennis处这些来的时间长的人做一点功课,把附近有什么去处提出来,供大家参考.这样一定比在网上聊有效.

soccer is a nice way for the boys, and also for the LP because they could enjoy watching the match and being proud of their LG, such as XiaoBao, hehe, i'm jealous... :). but i think the single MM could feel boring if they don't like the game.
so think we can do like SuanTou said, first meet together and discuess. if we cannot find a destination good enough, guys can play soccer anyway and girles can play tennis or whatever they want, after that, we can go FB together at certain resteraunt.
