      Please provide a big email account(3M) so I can sent you a copy of NJStar which is being used by myself without requirment for key code.( a old version but far more enough for use)

      If you prefer IE, you may ask your sysadm to add yourself as the administrator for your own machine( I know it is weird), and then you log into your own machine(when login, domain choose the machine name), and then you can download and install IE IME. And I believe you may not need a decent excuse to ask sysadm to do this for you. But I like the chinese input from NJStar.

      However, you are supposed to not be here during the work time,right? :-0
