you needn't only focus on the university's apartment, usually, it is not cheaper than outside. There is a lot of rent adversement around the campus,especially the entrance of the buildings. if you are single, you
can share the house with other student, it is very cheap. you can also
look through the Windsor Star newspaper(it have the internet version).
