我认为你真的下定决心学英语上不上培训班不重要．关键还是要下狠心．先买一本托福词汇狂背，然后练口语．之所以这么说是因为词汇不够说都没法说．买21世纪（一种英文报纸）读一片文章然后自己说出来．不要背哦．平时逮着什么说什么．你上培训班，也是自己说．老师主要是在你说不出来的时候抽你一把．另外有个办法就是狂背新概念英语第三册．不但对口语有帮助也对写作文有好处．Hope it helps.

我觉得自己如果想做就去做，哪怕结果不尽如人意。很喜欢坛子里的一句话：宁可做了后悔，也不要后悔没做！另外，我觉得人的潜力是无穷大的，只要你心中有梦想，并将之附之于行动当中，年龄一定不是问题！我间接认识好几个人，年龄都比你大，去了家那大，虽然有的已转行，有的在读书，但好象都在一点点好转！ANYWAY，GOOD LUCK！
