        i m sorry, i often use chinese in toronto, speaking and writing... so i have poor english, hope you can understand my mean. i talked with my friend on the phone just now. he work for a community church now. he understand pan need much money and he will visit pan tomorrow, then help to raise money by church. sorry, this evening i have to work, but i will try to talk this news to CPAC again. i think ppl can contribute money to church then to pan, and they will get some receipt for tax. i m not sure if it is useful, but i try to let my friend know it is a urgent thing for pan. ok, keep in touch. btw, i hope can meet some ppl who know more about pan tomorrow, because i know only a little....

          3. The money=>Church=>Pan is a good approach. This is a win-win situation since Pan may get more donation and donators can get tax-free for their donation
