枫下沙龙 / 谈天说地 / 今天我向TTC进行了电话投诉。上周碰到了一个让我很生气的事情。我提了一大袋东西上车,投票后等司机给Transfer,他好象没看见一样,于是我说:Excuse me ,I need the transfer."他装出一副没听见的样子。

等了一会,没见动静,估计他可能是让我自己拿。那时是红灯,车是停的。我刚伸手,那黑人猛地推开我的手,我手腕上的皮被什么东西蹭了一块。那个坏种爆出一阵大笑。投诉时接线员说自己拿票是不对的。我说那司机也应该阻止我说:“no,no,you can't do that .更何况我等了很久。那人一定是存心对新移民这样做,因为移民语言有局限,不可能和他争辩多少。“

Never never get it by yourself. But i still can not understand why this bus driver was so rude to a lady. Anyway she could write a complaint letter to the TTC and i should say that writing is better than a call , in most cases.
