    This is a very nice, most beautiful building. It is located at the south of
    Don Mills and Englinton, facing the beautiful Don Velley. The balcony is
    even bigger than a normal room. And the building is equipted with a swiming
    pool. Carpets in the whole building were changed to new 3 months ago.

    The unit is thoughtly renovated months ago. The hard wood floor is flawless.
    The wall is perfectly clean. The washroom and kitchen are maintained spotless
    daily by my wife.

    One thing is sure, if you are looking for a apartment to live, this is the best
    apartment you can find in the town (not condo) . The rent is only 850 per month.
    I signed the lease until Feb 2001, so I need to sublet it our to avoid one month
    penalty. I also have a parking lot which is 50 dollars per month. If you don't
    need it, fine.

    If you drive often, you must have seen this beautiful building already. The wall
    is bright yellow, the balcony is dark blue. The building is very outstanding
    when you pass by the Don Valley Parkway.

    TTC is some 2 minute walk away with 25 and 100 ready for subway. And as I said,
    DVP is at your door. Two shopping centres are nearby. School is 5 minutes walk
    distance.

      almost like a call centre lady for the past week to answer calls
      one after another. But many questions seem to be because of lack
      of basic information of so called "apartment".

      An apartment is a "Gong Yu4" that is deliberately for rent, which has
      the following characteristics
      1. Utiliyies include heating, water, eletronics, security and maintenance
      are inluded in the rental.
      2. cable and telephone are subject to order, i.e., not included
      3. An apartment is owned by the owner company usually who also runs the
      management office. The price is hence not negotiable
      4. kitchen and washroom are furnitured, i.e., oven and closet in these
      area are included in the rental.
      5. Recreation facilities are usually not prepared in an apartment. In
      this case, the swiming pool is just an unusual surprise or a bonus.
      More, the swiming pool in my apartment is an OUTDOOR one. You can only
      use it during the summer and early autumn.

      Additional information of my unit....
      I just got a notice from the management office that the rent will increase
      by some 6.9% after the end of my lease if I decide to continue the lease.
