    方圆俱乐部的主席袁平南先生对我们的计划很支持，到时会在舞会上替我们作简介。

    我们需要打印一批flyer, 100张左右。

    我们需要有 3 - 5 人参加这次活动，主要的工作就是在门口放置募款箱，分发简介flyer，并向别人介绍潘的情况。

    舞会是8点开始，我们需要提前到达稍作准备。

        By car, you can access to the building through University Ave. or Bay St. Free parking spots may be available on streets. You may also park your car in the parking lot across street for $4/evening (on Bay Street).
        Via TTC, you can take subway to St. Patrick (University & Dundas) or Queen's Park (University & College) station, and then walk 3 min. to the building.
