linda & lindar, i try to answer your questions. For rent a house near public traffic, price are about cad 530-900 depands on 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom you want. For apartment is higher than that, it is around cad 800-1200.

then, for the license, you can not get it in China. You must landing here first, then go to CSC for registeration. It will cost your time around 1 year.
