Mandatory Requirements:

- Strong systems analysis and testing skills in Visual Basic/Access.
- Experience in Java 3-tier application/Oracle will be beneficial;
- Motivation and experience in delivery of a quality result in a tight and
aggressive schedule;
- Ability to make specific technical compromises, only if required;
- Strong problem resolution and interpersonal communication skills;
- Experience with systems testing tools and be able to create/modify the
testing tool script,
- Data and process modeling skill will be beneficial;
- Able to work in a team environment; and
- Preferable with web-based application testing experience.
