That is easy. I send my friend who hold F1 visa in US an invitation letter. And they told me the vo didn't check the letter at all.

Thanks Zhu for your quick response. As I know, in order to help a person still in Chinese to get Canada visitor visa, lots of documents shall be provide for her.

No problem at all. But I think us gov. doesn't do the same to us who lives in Canada.
