用deltathree吧, 是PC to phone,通话质量相当不错,去年我在国内的时候是免费,用这个给我LG狂打电话,爽极了. 现在收费了, 好像不贵. 另外还有hottelephone, 也是PC to phone, 免费,但质量不太好.

I compared the rates of these sites. It is not cheap at all. The cheapest one would cost you 9 cents US to make a call to Bejing or shanghai.
