as I know, no such kind of TV here... you can ask FireFox for help, he/she has a TV from china, all-system model.

EGG, thanks again. is there any model of VCR could do some thing like PAL/NSTC convertor, say, I output my PAL video stream from DV into this VCR and record the video in VCR tape in NTSC mode, then plug VCR in NTSC TV.

It's not a easy way. The converter must be able to store many fields of video into its memory and then decrease scan lines and increase frames per second (625/50 -> 525/60 tansforming). No no, not easy.

sell it to a guy in china then buy a NTSC one here. It should be no problem for you to use a NTSC cam in china, full of all-system TV/VCRs there. But in NA, no PAL stuff at all.
