      1，牛肉切很薄的片，加嫩肉粉腌。
      2，起油锅炒花椒，再加进去豆瓣酱炒出香味道来，放水烧开，
      3，水沸腾的时候下面煮，快好的时候下进去牛肉片，盐，生菜，牛肉一变色的时候就可以盛出来吃了。
      简单易行，特别有味道，又很香。
