My wife applied the vistor visa before I applied to sponsor her. Now she are filling the forms for family applicant of Beijing. And I wonder if she need to fill the section 15, question B:
Previously sought refugee status in Canada or applied for an immigrant or visitor visa?
If she fill the yes, does that gonna affect her application?
Anyone has the experience please give me a hand, Thanks!

I have no idea, but basically you should fill out the form base on the truth. I think the Visa Office can easily get all your informations, so it's the better never try to fool them, or you will get hurt. -flying_snow(飞雪浮冰); 2001-9-5 (#190077@0)

不要再在北京申请家庭团聚. 你太太可以直接用visitor visa来加拿大,然后再在加拿大申请家庭团聚. 加拿大允许家庭类的移民申请直接在加拿大本土进行. -guest:guestkevin; 2001-9-5 (#190668@0)
