If I wanna find some jobs related to Java/JSP/XML/EJB , should I have some experience on Java GUI ??! I am familiar with server side java programming , but not the UI side . Should I learn something about AWT to get me through as least the interview test ??? Thank you for your comments .
    • Dear Azel, you don't need be an expert in every field.
Of course, you need to have some basic ideas about java.awt. package. It is basics for Java programmers. I do believe you shloud have a clear picture of Java event listener mechanisms.. Go ahead and good luck!
      • 请问关于XML, 我掌握到什么程度就算有 working experience .or being familiar with ??!! Thank you in advance .
        • You can be either a generic user of XML technology or an expert in XML technology.....
One can has very limited direct experiences.

          1) Use a parser to validate some bad-formated XML files and watch the errro messages

          2) Understand all the XML configuaration files in Tomcat or Weblogic 6.0
