    我的一个朋友明天预计从温哥华到渥太华,再转机到NEWFOUNDLAND的ST. JOHN(圣约翰)上学.由于众所周知的原因,最近几天航班极为不正常,很有可能会滞留在渥太华一至两天.由于我的这位朋友年龄尚小,在渥太华人生地不熟,不知哪位住在渥太华的朋友能帮助一把?
