The first agency told me he already received 600 resume while the second agency told me he got around 900 resume, for just one position. just image. if you were that agency or that employer, what should you do? so if you just send your resume to them via E-mail, basically, it means nothing, you have to follow up, say, make phone call again and again, and try to send you resume by fax if possible, untill you could confrim that you are rejected or the position has been closed. anyway, it just my personal idea.
