One finding - if someone decides not to go far to Algonquin park, or Muskoka, or Haliburton highlands, one can enjoy Fall colors by exploring Ontario's back roads in 1 - 1.5 hours driving distance.

Alone highway 35north, there are some lookout used to be fire monitoring tower on top of the hill, pretty spectacular. In Algonguin there are some trail lead to the mountaintop with good view, Booth trail near Rock Lake.
