mine is also bell. it's 0.20/m. i guess they adjusted the rate last month. last night, a guy phoned me to promote their telephone service. he said, bell will charge month fee $3.95. but i don't know that. who knows?

I just transfered my long distance company from Startec back to Bell last week. for Bell told me for the first year no monthly fee charged, and only 20 cents per minute to china.
