no, it's for linux,NT and solaris. you can install w2k or NT. why not?

You can download Oracle8i personal edition from oracle website: technet.oracle.com

I have Oracle 8i enterprise edition for Windows NT/2000,Solaris and Linux, all these can be download freely from Oracle web site.
