    I registered in McGill univ this semester for my graduate study. Landed in Toronto in 2000,11,29 and move to Montreal in end of the August. I applied OSAP and was rejected for the reason of \" adequate resources available to cover your allowable educational costs \" .

    I brought 15000 USD to Canada and now I have just about 10000 CND in bank. I don't have a job so there is no income. The tuition fee of McGill and the minimum living expenses here in Montreal is about 11000CND/Year. I could just support myself for only one year.

    Is there any way to protest for this? or , could I apply for OSAP in the second year in my study? and if yes, how much could I get?
