administrative tools -> routing and remote access then, configure the 1st NIC which is connected to Internet as Public NIC, while the 2nd NIC which is connected to your local home network as Private NIC.

be carefull, you'd better install firewall to prevent Rogers from detect your NT configurations, since according to agreement we should not do this.
Why can I set in routing and remote access ? in which subtree? Routing interface, IP routing?
