枫下家园 / 电脑用户 / Just re-installed my computer at home. I could only find a Windows ME Chinese Edition. I really don't like these Chinese menus and prompts. Is it possible to change the locale to use English instead?

Also installed Rogers @Home. It's really fast, better than Sympatico I used before.
I think you cannot. although I never tried. it may cause some problem of missing files.
