    如果是中国人，现在加拿大，以下几个问题就不用回答了吧？
    14。Do you intend to resume residency in Canada?
    15. Do you have a place of residence in Canada?
    16. What ties have you maintained with Canada during your absence?

      14 means when you got LP, whether you want to live in canada.
      If not, they may confused that why did you apply 'emigrate' to canada but not live in canada? Is it necessary to approve your application?

      15 means ask you that did your sponsor really honest to sponsor you? And did your sponsor really have the ability to sponsor you? Can we trust you and your relation?(if you are a couple, and if you got a diff address, they should guess must be something wrong with your relation; and if you even have not a place for residing, previous problem should be asked again )

      16. That's the most the important question. if you even have not a ties to maintain you and canada, why you want to emigrate. Just like when apply the student/worker VISA, you need a tie to maintain the relation of you and china. they can refuse you only because this.
