Maybe L2000 is the only type of mobile that can be used in canada. L2000 is tri-band mobile which means 900m,1800m,1900m. and usa&canada use 1900m!

I think so. I helped my friend to the same one in china, and it can be used in USA. I guess should be working in Canada too.

Motorola L2000 can definitely be used in Canada. I'm using it every day! I also saw it in a Sears Store here. It was expensive---- CAN$600! (I bought it in China one and half years ago, it costed me only 2800RMB)

Don't forget the "卖点" of L2000, 三频, 其中1900 is specially for north America.
