    I am a visa student in Univ. of Waterloo
    CS Dept. for my Ph.D. study. I want to
    transfer a US university. Anyone has
    such experience? Thank you.

          My friend once tried to go to study in CA first and then transfer to US.

          But after she collected enough info, she gave up this mind.

          After being refused 3 times by the US visa officer in GZ, she got the student's visa the 4th time she applied. Now she's in New Zersy.
