There are two choices after a programmer becomes citizen of Ca.One is staying in Ca. The other is goint to work in Usa.Some of my friends said in general it is the better choice going to work in usa if you donot have special reason for staying in canada. How do you think about it?
Could you list the advantage and disadvantage of these two choices to help people to make their decisions?
